No Returns or Refunds XOX POLYPHONY LIMITED values your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products and being a small business, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the items are delivered to you. All sales are considered final.
Please choose your items carefully before purchasing, as we cannot accommodate returns for items unless they arrive defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact us immediately at admin@xoxpolyphony.com so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.
Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon receipt. If you encounter a product that is defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours at
admin@xoxpolyphony.com We will address these on a case-by-case basis but our goal is always to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Please note that perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding our no returns or refunds policy, if you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right under the Consumer Rights Directive to cancel certain sales within 14 days without giving any reason. This may not apply to the types of non-returnable items listed above.
